RENNER Schlachthaustechnik analyses, constructs, manufactures and installs slaughter conveyors and conveyor facilities for cattle, pigs and sheep. On an international scale, these are specifically tailored to each of your respective slaughter process lines and are suitable for all demands.

We deliver all kinds of conveyors and transport belts to your doorstep: ranging from apron conveyors and belt conveyors to chain conveyors, stack conveyors and conveyors for bowls through to pneumatic or hydraulic push rod conveyors. The chain hoists, winches and switches – for example rotating track switches, cross-track switches and pneumatic sliding track switches – round off our offer. The most modern PLC systems also enable optimal control of your facility.

Slaughtering

Among others, we develop conveyors with scales, cattle loading elevators, stunning conveyors and galvanised tubular tracks. As an option, we can supply the latter with a plastic inlay as well as automatic greasing of the tubular tracks.

Cooling Rooms

We also offer transport solutions for your cooling rooms. These are, among others, cooler conveyors or conveying systems for fast cooling.

Empty Hook Conveyors

Your empty hook cleaning and logistics will run smoothly thanks to our empty hook elevators, empty hook conveyors and empty hook stack conveyors.

Transport for waste products

When it comes to further processing, then our conveyor belts for skin, offal and bones are ready to assist you. Special mention should be made of our organ conveyors as well as our complete conveying and handling systems for cattle hides. The vacuum exhausts units and pneumatic transport systems for waste disposal complete our offering.
